Year 9 Vaccinations Information

There is an opportunity for year 9 students to access Stapleford Care Centre to attend a vaccination clinic.  This is for the DTP / ACWY vaccinations that unfortunately had to be postponed.

We have attached the letter below sent to us offering the clinic and this contains information about booking a clinic appointment. The clinic is planned for the week commencing 13^th July.
